Set in the foothills of the Bannau Brycheiniog, Glansevin is a beautiful Georgian mansion built during the Napoleonic war as a family home. Now in its 3rd century as a residence Glansevin offers you the opportunity to enjoy its splendid rooms and wonderful surroundings.

Glansevin has been a retreat and home for people to return to, celebrating birthdays, anniversaries and informal family gatherings for over 30 years.

Corporate groups return each year, enjoying the informality, flexibility and privacy of the mansion.

What Makes Us Special
Family Gatherings
Glansevin is a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. The mansion is made for celebrating birthdays and anniversaries with plenty of space, including a games room and large drawing room with an open fire. The bar area in the drawing room can be stocked with your favourite refreshments, with no corkage to pay.
Weddings
As a licensed wedding venue Glansevin offers a unique place to celebrate your day. Ceremonies and blessings can take place in the spacious hallway, the large dining room or outside on the front lawn alongside the ancient oak tree. We have room for 42 adults to stay at the mansion with accommodation for a further 16 available with our neighbours in The Carriage Rooms. The dining room can seat up to 80 guests, higher numbers up to 100 can be accommodated in a marquee on the back lawn.
Corporate Events
Glansevin offers complete privacy and seclusion in beautiful surroundings. The large games room can be used for presentations and tutorials with a further two smaller reception rooms that can be used for breakout rooms. At the end of the day the large drawing room will welcome you with an open fire and an informal bar area which you can stock with your own refreshments.
Accommodation and Rooms
Glansevin Mansion sleeps up to 40 guests, with additional pull out beds for children. Our large dining room can seat up to 80 guests and has a well equipped kitchen alongside. For larger numbers a marquee for up to 100 guests can be hired on the back lawn. Dogs are also welcome.
